What's a good strategy for Annie?
Recently I started playing LoL again and my cousin gifted me "Annie". She seems a little weak, but I don't want to give up on her that easily. What is a good strategy for her?
It's been awhile since I've played LoL so please give extra details. Also what "Runes" should I use for her? I haven't played in a long time so I forget.
