Why is my /clone command not working?

So, I built a spaceship and now I want it to fly into the air one block at a time using command blocks.
When I go to run the clock inside, it says Succesfully cloned 45 blocks, like you can see in the bottom left, but the ship doesnt actually move at all. It just says it cloned and stays there. As well as that, it destroys the top row, but just on the command block's column. Any help with either of these problems? Thanks

How do you use the clone command?
Determine the area you want to clone. Imagine this area as an invisible box enclosing the structure. As with the /fill command, this box can't contain more than 32,768 blocks, so you may have to clone large structures piece by piece. Find the coordinates of two opposite corners of the invisible box.How far can you clone in Minecraft?
Due to the power of the command blocks, there are a few conditions that need to be met in order to use them in your server. First, you will need to enable command blocks directly in the server settings. Secondly, you will need to be OP on the server and in creative mode to be able to place the block. Why do my command blocks not work?
