If I have one village that spawns iron golems, could I simply move the iron golem 100+ blocks away from the village to allow more to spawn? Or will the golem have to be killed to allow more to spawn?

How do you increase iron golem spawn rate?

In a farm using water to transport iron golems and lava blades to kill them, increasing the population from 10 to 20 increases rates by about 33%, and increasing the population from 20 to 30 increases rates by about 5%. The average lifetime of iron golems depends on transport time and kill time.

Can you move iron golems?

No, golems will only follow you if you've attacked them, which isn't recommended. There's no peaceful way to make them follow you. Like every mob, though, they can be moved with water streams. Trap them and build a canal to bring them back to the village.

How many iron golems can you spawn?

Every game tick (1/20 of a second), there is a 1/7000 chance that a golem will spawn. Essentially, the game randomly chooses one number between 0 and 7000, and if it's one predetermined number, let's say 2, then a golem will spawn....Golem spawning mechanics.# of VillagersGolem cap10-19120-29230-39340-4945 more rows
