Will Tamoe Highland be accessible after I teleport to Tristram in act I

In Diablo II, I have in my logs two quests, to go to the Monastery for a hammer. The monastery is after the area called Tamoe Highland, and I have a quest to go to Tristram and save Deckard Cain.
My question, is taking one of those quests will move me to Act II so I won't be able to finish the other one?
Would teleporting to Tristram block me from going back to the Monastery/ Tamoe Highland?

How do I get to the Tamoe Highlands?
There's no Waypoint in the Highlands. An optional dungeon, a cave named The Pit can be found in the Highlands. The mountain range in the area forms a rain shadow between the forested western lands and the eastern continent, thus creating the deserts of Aranoch.Where is the Tamoe Highland?
The Tamoe Highland is the final wilderness area in Act I. The Pit can also be reached from here.Teleporting to Quest Battles - NO SHIT Tips - Total War Warhammer
