Some of my bitizens are at their apartments, but not at the job they are assigned to, and I cannot get them back to their jobs. How do I get a bitizen back to their assigned jobs?

Their position is purely cosmetic, it won't affect the worker's performance, no matter where they are in the tower. You can't really change their position yourself.

  • By bringing a Real Estate Agent VIP up to the residential floor you want to fill. ...
  • By tapping on the floor of your choice and selecting "For Rent x Bux" in a vacant space.

    The colored numbers indicate your Bitizen's skill level in that type of shop. This only means that they will give you that percentage off stocking a good. Having three level 9 Bitizens in one store gives you 27% off, etc.
