How is the level of a Greater Rift Keystone decided?
I would like to know 2 things :
- What determines the level of a Greater Rift Keystone level during the first trial ?
- What determines how many levels Urushi gives to the next Greater Rift Keystone at the end of a Greater Rift ?

What level do you have to be to get greater rift Keystone?
A Greater Rift Keystone (GRK) is required to open a Greater Rift when applied to a Nephalem Obelisk. They drop from level 70 Rift Guardians in normal Nephalem Rifts.How do you get greater rift keystones fast?
Use your Greater Rift Key to open a Greater Rift of that level. Clear the Grift and kill the Guardian within 15m to earn the option of upgrading to a higher level Grift Key.
