Where are the entrances to all the set dungeons?
Patch 2.4 added set dungeons, and the entrances to those dungeons are scattered all over the map. I found a bunch of video guides online on how to find all the dungeons but those are long and tedious - does anyone have a simple list, preferably with screenshots, of all the set dungeon entrances?

What is the easiest Set Dungeon in Diablo 3?
One of the easiest, if not even the easiest of them all, is Immortal King. Just keep CotA and WotB up 100% time (which is easy to do by simply spamming some fury spender) and plow everything in your path. For crusader the easiest is Invoker.Where is the Set Dungeon for necromancer?
