Is there a way to make Trashcan Carla friendly again after you rob her? I tried things like disable and markfordelete but it didn't work.

How do you reset Carla?

As for resetting any character state, it's safest to reload an earlier save, instead of trying to find the console command through the console's built-in help system (#hinthint). ;) Walk up to Carla, open the console[~], click on Carla and type recycleactor then hit Enter, close console.

What happens if you threaten trashcan Carla?

If the Sole Survivor attempts to threaten or rob her at any point, she will not deal with them again.

How do you get trashcan Carla out of power armor?

There's at least one option: Bunker Hill. Random caravans will stop there from time to time - Trashcan Carla's included. She's an educated person and will leave her armor before talking to her clients. It's not exactly easy to find her there, though - I had to pay several visits (waiting didn't work for me).
