Are power armor mods transferable?

I've reached the point where I have the skills to really start putting some significant upgrades into my T-45 armor, but the materials required are still fairly precious. If I upgrade T-45, will I be able to transfer it to T-60 or higher?

Can other people take my power armor?

Nope, you can't leave it. It'll get auto-added back to your inventory, even in a station. But you can put armour pieces on it, and they'll remain attached, which saves a lot already, and there's no reason to have weaker parts (except maybe the excavator) in storage.

Can you have multiple mods on power armor?

While you can put different types of power armor on the same frame, you cannot put X-01 Power Armor mods on anything other than X-01 Power Armor.

Do power armor mods stack?

They do stack, but take into consideration what the bonuses actually give you. If you want an explosive proof suit, then go for it, or if you want all-around effective proteciton then go ahead and just place different effects all around.
