I am having hard time powering up Teleporter when aligning myself with Brotherhood of steel.

I don't get additional items required in special build menu, what do I do?

Shadow of Steel: Hitch a ride on an airship to get a promotion.

Speak to either Proctor Ingram (BoS), Sturges (Minutemen), or Tinker Tom (Railroad) and arrange for the construction of the teleporter.
